Presently, this project is in Stage 0 of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LDOTD) Project Development Process. This is primarily a planning stage with preliminary environmental review designed to reach a decision regarding the project’s feasibility and financial and schedule implications of proceeding further in the project development process. The end result will also provide a determination of the required National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation necessary to allow the project to move forward.
